Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and energetic Director of eCommerce. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to significantly expand the client’s eCommerce business, leveraging our strong retail presence in Los Angeles to amplify our online footprint. Lead the development and execution of innovative marketing, merchandising, and operational strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experiences in the digital space. Oversee the integration of eCommerce initiatives with existing retail operations, ensuring alignment and synergy across all channels. Collaborate closely with company leadership to align eCommerce initiatives with broader business objectives and priorities, driving cross-channel growth and success. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the fashion eCommerce space. Drive a culture of innovation and experimentation, constantly seeking new ways to optimize performance and exceed business goals. Build and lead a high-performing eCommerce team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and accountability. Organize and facilitate photoshoots to get our merchandise ready for sale online. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce roles, with a track record of scaling fashion eCommerce businesses. Deep understanding of fashion eCommerce platforms, technologies, and industry best practices. Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, Instagram & Google preferred. Proven ability to develop and execute successful eCommerce marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on fashion and apparel. Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
